Assess & Test

Your progress needs to be constantly assessed & tested to see how you are reacting to the exercise interventions.

We use state of the art technology to accurately measure your progress to make sure you are on the right track.

We are not here to blindly stumble through the darkness hoping to find the way out. We are the lights on the path to your return to function.

We understand that you are the expert on your experience and how this impacts you day to day.

We take the time to listen to you and work together to deliver your individualized plan for you.

We take the time to educate you and your realistic devlopment and management plan and the reason we recommend this plan.

We will design a program specific to your needs, function and progress.

This is where our program comes into its own.

By using our state of the art training software and systemised approach to your exercise intervention program we will be able to deliver you a plan specific to your needs.

You will not see a generic stick figure drawing with no plan for progression.

We are very good at our jobs- but we are only one part of the puzzle.

Successful outcomes requires that we work with the rest of your support team to ensure we are all working towards the same goal.

It is important that we speak to, and work with your whole team - GP,  Specialist, family member, or whoever is contributing to your journey.

It is only when the puzzle comes together that we can see the whole picture.
