We are back with our 2nd installment of Swimming Strong.
A specific 12 week strength program that will help you get the most out of your open water swimming.
This program isn't over prescribed shoulder external rotation exercises. It's not endless abdominal exercises that do more for tightening your hip flexors than stabilising your trunk.
This program will give you the whole body strength you need to combat the open water season with the progressions that will give you continual results.
