Simon Le Couilliard

Head of Rehabilitation and Owner

I have been working in the health & fitness industry for over a decade after graduating from university as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Although I specialised in injury rehabilitation, I always had a passion for strength and conditioning from my earlier career as an international swimmer. This led me to work with a wide range of clients in the strength & conditioning space from teens to Olympians, full time parents to weekend warriors, and eventually to start FSC in 2016.

My goal now is to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and strength & conditioning, to get our clients back to their best, armed with knowledge and better skills. I am passionate about continuous education, and have built up my knowledge set from working and studying with some of the very best in both the rehab and sports performance worlds.

At FSC we are proudly leading the way in the industry with our talented team of coaches and strong allied health referral network to ensure all our clients get the best possible results.

Ryan Evernden

Head of Coaching and Owner

My dream is to create a facility where anyone can come in, be treated like an elite athlete and have access to the support network that elite athletes are afforded. A place where there is a network of health professionals working under the same roof for the benefit of all its members.

For me fitness is a way to bring people together and help people build confidence in themselves. My passion is helping people achieve what they never thought was possible, whether that is helping an athlete achieve their sporting goal or helping someone live a healthier life.

Jules Biondillo

Senior Coach

I grew up obsessed with sports, playing football until I was 21. So from a pretty young age I knew I wanted to be involved in sport and fitness long term - this lead me to pursue a Bachelors degree in Exercise & Sport Science at UNDA.

This education, mixed the practical experience I did throughout my degree as well as the experiences I’ve had in multiple sports systems like the WAFL, Boxing and my current career in Professional Wrestling (ask away next time you see me) have given me plenty of tricks up my sleeve which have proven to be successful with my clients so far!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science from Notre Dame.

  • ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
