How Much does the Program Cost?

Your weekly fee is fixed at $150.

That includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 physiotherapy consult

  • Unlimited access to supervised rehab sessions

  • A personalised, goal-based rehab program

  • Gym access and recovery support

  • Ongoing reassessment and transition planning

Most swimmers are eligible for substantial rebates through personal or sports injury insurance — sometimes up to 100%. We’ll walk you through exactly what you’re entitled to and help with every step of the claim process.

Do I need a referral from a doctor or specialist?

No.

If you're a swimmer and you’re injured — or pain is stopping you from swimming the way you want — you can start with us straight away.
Our physios are experienced in working with insurance claims and elite-level return-to-sport timelines, so you’ll be in safe hands from Day 1.

Is this just regular physio?

Not even close.

This isn’t 15 minutes of massage and a printout of band exercises.
You’ll be supported by a team of swim-specific physios and strength coaches who will work together to rebuild your body for swimming.
We treat the injury, track your progress, build strength and control, and help you transition back to full training, better prepared than before.

What injuries do you treat?

We specialise in swimming-specific injuries — including:

Is there a fixed program length?

No, and that’s a good thing.

Your rehab program continues until you’ve hit all your key performance indicators (KPIs), movement benchmarks, and strength targets.
We don’t rush. We don’t sign you off early.
You’ll graduate only when you (and we) are confident you’re back stronger than ever.​

How many sessions per week do I get?

As many as you need — and can attend.

You’ll always have one dedicated 1:1 physio session each week, where we test, reassess, and adjust your rehab as needed.
In addition, you’ll have unlimited supervised gym sessions with our coaching team to guide your rehab strength work.

Your plan will depend on your injury, goals, and availability, but your price never changes.

Do I have to do gym sessions? What if I’m nervous?

We get it — stepping into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating.

That’s why our sessions are fully guided, in small groups, and tailored to your rehab level.
This is not a big commercial gym. This is a facility built for swimmers — and rehab is part of what we do every day.

What happens after I finish rehab?

We’ll walk you through a structured transition process to help you move into long-term strength and injury prevention.

That might include:

  • Continued gym access via our Swimming, Strength & Performance Program

  • Reassessments at regular intervals

  • Goal setting and programming for future events
    We don’t just patch you up — we set you up for a stronger swimming future.
